First day of school / Primer dia de clases

Today, August 18th is the first day of school and Logan entered first grade. He was so excited.

Hoy, 18 de Agosto es el primer dia de clases y Logan entro en primer año. Estaba tan emocionado.

This is his new teacher, Miss Bess. She was taking pictures as the kids were coming in, she also took pictures on the "Meet the teacher night". I think we'll get along just fine... he he

Esta es su nueva maestra, Señorita Bess. Estaba sacando fotos cuando los niños iban llegando, tambien saco fotos en "Noche para conocer a la maestra". Creo que nos vamos a llevar muy bien... ja ja

When they arrive they don't go inside the classrooms, they have to sit against the wall, by the classroom and they can read books while they wait. Later the teacher make them come in.

Cuando llegan no entran directo al salon, tienen que sentarse contra la pared, al lado del salon y leer libros mientras esperan. Luego la maestra los hace entrar a todos en fila.
