Falls Park on the Reedy

Despite feeling under the weather and with a splitting headache we decided to take the kids out for a little bit because we had been inside the house for way too many days. We went to Falls Park on the Reedy in Greenville. (click to open slideshow) We walked for awhile and took pictures. I wished we had done this a few days ago when the trees were all changing colors, but it is still a beautiful place to go relax and enjoy a day with the family. That tree with the roots exposed is so magnificent. And I was glad to see that even with the drought we are experiencing the waterfall was still running.

A pesar de no sentirme muy bien y estar con un dolor de cabeza que se me partia decidimos llevar a los niños a pasear un poco porque hemos estado encerrados en casa por muchos dias. Fuimos al Falls Park on the Reedy en Greenville. (Apreta ahi para abrir el album y luego apreta Slideshow) Caminamos un rato y sacamos fotos. Deberiamos haber ido hace algunos dias ya que los arboles hubiesen estado cambiando de color, pero de todas maneras es un lugar hermoso para ir a descanzar y disfrutar el dia en familia. Ese arbol con las raices expuestas se ve tan increible. Y me alegro ver que aunque estamos con sequia el agua de la cascada seguia cayendo.
