Hoy por la tarde hubo una actividad en la escuela donde soltaron globos por las personas con Cancer, en honor a ellas o en memoria a ellas.... Durante la semana tuvieron que ir un dia de pijamas, otro dia con un gorro, al siguiente con lentes, medias locas el jueves y hoy viernes comieron helados y soltaron globos... Habia que dar $1 dolar por dia mas $1 dolar por el globo y ese dinero se dono para la "Sociedad Americana de Cancer".... Leian los nombres de las personas y cada niño dejaba escapar el globo cuando leian el nombre de su familiar que tiene o tuvo cancer. Fue muy conmovedor.

In the afternoon there was an activity at school where they let go of balloons in memory or in honor of someone with Cancer.... During the week they had to go one day in PJs, another day with a cap, the next day with sunglasses, Thursday was "crazy socks" day and today, Friday, they ate popcicles and had the balloon thing... We had to give $1 per day plus $1 for the balloon and the money was donated to the "American Cancer Society". They read the names of the people and each kid let go of a balloon when they heard the name of their family member that had/has cancer. It was very touching.
